Initial 60-minute deep-dive session — review your current habits, symptoms, and goals to create a personalized roadmap
Two 30-minute follow-up calls in Month 1 — troubleshoot, adjust, and reinforce your foundational strategies
Weekly 30-minute calls starting Month 2 (4/month) — consistent support, coaching, and accountability every step of the way
Custom nutrition strategy — includes macro guidance, nutrient timing, and hormone-aware adjustments
Recipe and meal planning support — practical tools to make balanced meals simple, satisfying, and sustainable
