I’m Morgan M., founder of everybodyOM, a coach, athlete, and relentless supporter of women navigating strength and hormonal health. My own journey has shown me that true transformation isn’t about extremes — it’s about resilience, healing, and learning to honor the body you’re in.
Perimenopause and post-menopause health are deeply personal to me. I’ve seen too many women dismissed, told to just “try harder,” or handed one-size-fits-all advice. That’s why I’ve dedicated my coaching to helping women train smarter, nourish their bodies, and move with confidence through every stage of life.
