Traditional fitness often tells women to “push harder” or “do more cardio,” but that doesn’t work when hormones are shifting. Pregnancy, perimenopause and menopause affect metabolism, recovery, and energy in profound ways, and ignoring these changes leads to frustration, burnout, or even injury.

I’m Morgan M., founder of everybodyOM - a women’s health and performance coach specializing in strength, body composition, and hormone-driven physiology. I work at the intersection of training, nutrition, and advanced health strategy to help women build resilient, high-performing bodies across every stage of life.

My work is rooted in the understanding that female physiology is not a limitation - it’s a variable. Hormonal shifts, pregnancy, and menopause are not phases to “push through,” but transitions that require a more precise, informed approach. Most women are given generic advice that ignores this. I don’t operate that way.

I coach women using a fully integrated model: structured strength training, targeted nutrition, biometrics, lab interpretation, and advanced protocols when appropriate. The goal is not just progress - it’s measurable, sustainable change in strength, energy, and body composition.
