Root & Rise Coaching is a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect — to your goals, your body, and the life you want to create. These sessions blend holistic health, lifestyle strategy, and grounded mindset work to support women through change, growth, and the everyday chaos of life. Whether you’re navigating burnout, building new habits, or craving clarity around food, stress, or purpose — this is where we build a strong foundation and rise from it. This offer does not include workout programming or app access, and is perfect for those who want ongoing support, coaching, and clarity — without fitness tracking. What’s included:

  • Initial 60-minute deep-dive session — explore your life domains, identify areas of friction, and map out goals and desired outcomes

  • Two 30-minute follow-up calls in Month 1 — support your first shifts and troubleshoot resistance as it comes up

  • Weekly 30-minute calls ongoing (4/month) — consistent coaching and accountability to help you stay grounded and keep growing

  • Custom strategy plan — includes habit-building tools, nervous system support, and clear action steps

  • Clarity around food, boundaries, rest, and energy — tailored support for what’s most relevant to your current season

  • Messaging support between sessions — ask questions, reflect, or stay accountable between calls

All plans require a 6-month commitment with monthly payments. A 30-day cancellation notice is required.
