Power & Athletic Vinyasa

A high-energy and physically demanding style of yoga that combines the fluidity of Vinyasa yoga with an athletic approach. This practice is designed to build strength, flexibility, and endurance while challenging both the body and mind.

Students can expect a fast-paced series of poses and sequences with upbeat music. These classes are known for their dynamic movements, including lunges, planks, and inversions, which are performed with controlled and deliberate transitions.

The athletic aspect of this practice encourages students to engage their core, develop muscle tone, and improve cardiovascular fitness. It's an excellent choice for individuals looking for a challenging workout that incorporates yoga's principles of breath control and mindfulness. Expect to break a sweat, push your physical limits, and leave feeling both physically and mentally invigorated.

Hot Yoga

A dynamic and challenging style of yoga practiced in a heated room, typically around 95-105F.

Students engage in a series of poses and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and endurance. The heat is believed to enhance the benefits of the practice by promoting detoxification through sweating, increasing muscle flexibility, and allowing practitioners to push their physical limits.

Hot Yoga 26/2, also known as Bikram Yoga, is a specific style of hot yoga where students follow a structured sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The consistent sequence of poses is designed to work every part of the body, promoting flexibility, strength, balance, and endurance.

The Barkan Method Hot Yoga is a dynamic and evolving style of hot yoga founded by Jimmy Barkan. This practice combines the principles of Hatha yoga with a focus on heat and Vinyasa flow. The Barkan Method emphasizes proper alignment and includes a range of poses, from standing postures to inversions and backbends.
