My approach blends science and soul: we don’t chase quick fixes or punishment-based workouts. We build real, sustainable strength from the inside out. With a foundation in strength training, Pilates, yoga, barre, and endurance sports, I help women reconnect to their bodies in a way that’s functional, freeing, and deeply aligned.
