Adaptive & Accessible

Fitness Offerings

  • Seniors

At Everybody-OM, I am dedicated to supporting seniors in achieving their wellness goals through personalized fitness services. Offerings include chair or standing yoga tailored for various conditions such as Parkinson’s, movement disorders, general aging, grief, and depression. Additionally, my programs include strength training, cardio, barre, and preventative exercises focusing on foot strength, grip strength, balance, and coordination. Each session is designed to enhance mobility, build strength, and improve overall well-being, ensuring that every senior can enjoy a vibrant and active lifestyle.

  • Larger Body

Holistic fitness practice involves the exploration of postural options and exercises to reclaim and build personal power and strength. This includes minor adjustments such as widening stance, raising the floor with a block, adding support with a bolster, adding length with a strap, and reconfiguring weight distribution. My programs encompass yoga, strength training, cardio, and more, tailored to support individuals of all sizes.

  • Disability

Adaptive and accessible fitness for individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities. My programs utilize a variety of movements, from chair or standing yoga to strength training and cardio, to build self-efficacy and strength. Stretches and exercises are tailored to alleviate spasms, cramps, dystrophy, and mental stress, ensuring a comprehensive approach to well-being.

  • Survivors

Trauma-informed holistic fitness for all who identify as survivors. Keen attention is paid to language, approach, and exercise selection. My sessions are sensitive to various mental health diagnoses, such as depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, as well as trauma resulting from a wide range of life experiences. This service includes yoga, strength training, cardio, and more, developed for survivors of health challenges, veterans, recovering addicts, and anyone with PTSD.
